Terms and Conditions

DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT 

Individual bookings (from 01 to 10 pax)

Deposit: Upon confirmation: A non refundable deposit of 25% of the total tour cost. This deposit is necessary to cover advance payments for airline tickets and some other provisions. The deposit can be made by bank transfer or by credit card. Our travel consultants will provide our bank account. When you pay by Credit Card, please add 3% of bank commission Payment: The balance is payable Up to day 07 before arrival day bank transfer or by credit card.

Group booking (from 10 pax)

Up to day 31 pay 25% of total booking Up to day 21 pay 50% of total booking   

CANCELLATION

Individual bookings (from 01 to 10 pax)

The cancellation charges below refer to the non-transferable fee that is charged to the clients who cancelled their tour. Between 7 and 4 days before departure: 25 % of total tour cost Between 4 days and 24 hours before departure: 50 % of total tour cost Less than 24 hours before departure: 75 % of total tour cost

Group booking (from 11 pax)

The cancellation charges below refer to the non-transferable fee that is charged to the clients who cancelled their tour.

Between 60 and 31 days before departure: 25 % of total tour cost

Between 30 days and 15 days before departure: 50 % of total tour cost

Between 14 days and 7 days: 75 % of total tour cost

Less than 24 hours before departure:  90 % of total tour cost

CHILDREN POLICY

•          Children under 6 years old will be free of charge (Maximum of 1 child)
•          Children from 6 to under 9 years old: 70% adult price

•          Children from 9 years old will be charged as adults

INSURANCE
We strongly recommend that a comprehensive travel insurance policy be purchased at the time of booking your trip.

CLaims
If you have a problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotelier) and our tour operator-in-charge immediately, who will endeavor to put things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please writing to us, providing your booking reference and all other relevant information. Please keep your letter concise and to the point, this will help us to quickly identify your concerns and speed up our response to you.

It is strongly suggested that you communicate any complaint to the supplier of the services in question as well as to our tour-operator-in-charge without delay. All claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days after the end of the Services

RESPONSIBILITY
All possible care is taken to ensure that our suppliers maintain the highest possible standards. However, we are not responsible in any way for problems, however they arise, that result from the booking of services we do not directly control. XUNACO TOURS, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, servants or agents shall not be responsible or become liable in contract or tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay to person or property, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to any events beyond our control.

OTHER REMARKS

Our price does not include travel insurance, gratuities, laundry, phone calls and other communication costs, drinks, meals not listed in the itinerary, and all items of a personal nature. XUNACO is also not responsible for any losses, injuries or damages sustained by passengers incurred due to delay, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest and must be borne by passengers. Airline schedules and local conditions may be affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, we will endeavor to substitute suitable arrangement of similar value and for the sake of valued clients.

Description of facilities provided at hotels and all information are given in good faith and every effort has been made to ensure their accuracy. However, it is possible that hoteliers, shop-keepers, nightclub owners, etc. (over whom we have no control) may wish to change or reduce their facilities which will then be temporarily or permanently unavailable.
