Booking Guide

SENDING A REQUEST
1.    As you’re scanning our tours and enjoying one of them, you can add some of your requirements and send your requests to our travel consultants. If you already have you own plan, you can customize tours and send to us. Tell us about your travel interests, wish list, price range, preferred accommodation, travel duration and so on – the more details you can provide the better.
2.     XUNACO TOURS will reply to your requests within 24 hours, excluding public holidays and weekends
WORKING OUT THE DETAILS 
1.   Depending on the length of your trip and how many services are involved, you will either receive a comprehensive reply or be sent some questions by the tour consultant appointed to handle your request.  A draft itinerary will already have been put in place for you at that point.
2.     If applicable, send the requested information and details of any further requirements to your consultant, who will then make the necessary adjustments.  A little patience may be required at this point as it will take time for the consultant to finalise an itinerary that perfectly matches your interests, expectations and needs.
3.    When the itinerary is fully to your liking and you give us the green light we shall go ahead with the various reservations. Upon receiving your reservation request in written form by email, we will proceed to arrange the services such as hotel, transportation, and land tour arrangements.
If one, or some of the proposed service(s) is (are) not available at the time of booking, we will try and offer alternative options or other similar service(s) in order to minimize any changes in the program.
4.    Be assured, however, that we shall be happy to modify the itinerary at your request right up to the last minute, as long as we can see that the changes will enhance your holiday and your enjoyment of it.
VOUCHER/INVOICE
Vouchers will be issued after the confirmed booking and deposit received. Our voucher of services will be sent by e-mail/fax.
